1.2. Louange à Dieu, le Maître de l’Univers,
1.2 . Praise be to Allah , Lord of the Worlds ,

الرَّحْمـنِ الرَّحِيمِ
1.3. Alrrahmani alrraheemi
1.3. le Clément, le Miséricordieux,
1.3 . The Beneficent , the Merciful .

مَالِكِ يَوْمِ الدِّينِ
1.4. Maliki yawmi alddeeni
1.4. le Souverain du Jour du Jugement dernier !
1.4 . Owner of the Day of Judgment ,

إِيَّاكَ نَعْبُدُ وإِيَّاكَ نَسْتَعِينُ
1.5. Iyyaka naAAbudu wa-iyyaka nastaAAeenu
1.5. C’est Toi que nous adorons ! C’est Toi dont nous implorons le secours !
1.5 . Thee ( alone ) we worship ; Thee alone we ask for help .

اهدِنَــــا الصِّرَاطَ المُستَقِيمَ
1.6. Ihdina alssirata almustaqeema
1.6. Guide-nous dans la Voie droite
1.6 . Show us the straight path ,

صِرَاطَ الَّذِينَ أَنعَمتَ عَلَيهِمْ غَيرِ المَغضُوبِ عَلَيهِمْ وَلاَ الضَّالِّينَ
1.7. Sirata allatheena anAAamta AAalayhim ghayri almaghdoobi AAalayhim wala alddalleena
1.7. la voie de ceux que Tu as comblés de bienfaits, non celle de ceux qui ont mérité Ta colère ni celle des égarés !
1.7 . The path of those whom Thou hast favored ; Not ( the path ) of those who earn Thine anger nor of those who astray .
